COVID-19 Update

We want you to know that our top priority continues to be the health and safety of our employees, their families, our customers and the communities we live and work in.

As the global crisis evolves, we are committed to maintaining our very best efforts to prevent the further spread of COVID-19 and to support our business continuity as much as possible. Additionally, we want to reassure you that we are taking all possible steps to help maintain our service levels for your business.

Our operational response is aligned with the most recent recommendations from local and international health organizations such as WHO and Federal and local Government agencies.

The following actions are being undertaken to ensure our priority of providing ongoing service to our clients is being met:

Multiple Locations: ACI has the advantage of multiple sites in Canada, Jamaica and Mexico available to redistribute, extend or diversify our services.

Work-at-Home (WAH): We have established work-from-home solutions in all locations with consideration of technical infrastructure, availability of resources, service delivery management and human resources.

Micro-Facilities: As a complementary alternative to work-from-home, we are surveying additional facilities to operate from, in order to adhere to social distancing requirements.

To foster a safe working environment for our employees, we have increased our sanitation and hygiene protocols, invoked minimum distance requirements between workstations, put in place a no-visitor policy and are leveraging video and AI for recruiting and training efforts.

We will continue to communicate our actions as they are available. We encourage dialogue, collaboration and the sharing of ideas to best-position continuity in the face of this rapidly spreading virus.

At any time, feel free to reach out to us.
