Kent brings over 20 years of service management experience to Advantage and has held senior management positions with Thomson Corporation, Canadian Tire Corporation and On Line Support Inc. As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer with On Line Support, Kent lead the team to unprecedented growth and success. His zest for Quality Assurance, happy and engaged employees, total customer satisfaction and trusted partnerships have often resulted in exceeding customer expectations. His teams have delivered optimum service and performance in the telecommunications, financial services and retail sectors and won various service awards.
A true champion of the call centre industry for the past twelve years, he has spoken at various industry functions and has sat on a variety of industry association boards and task force committees. He is very committed to leading the Advantage Team to continued success by fostering enviable partnerships of integrity and trust.
